DRS Environmental Systems, Inc. (DRS ESI) is a large business with over 65 years of experience in the design and manufacture of decontamination systems and specialized heating, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment for military applications. Founded in 1942, DRS ESI employs 200 highly trained engineers, logistics, manufacturing operations and administrative personnel. Our experience with decontamination systems include the development and production of the M17 and Joint Services Decontamination System – Small Scale (JSTDS-SS) products, both of which are currently being manufactured in our Florence, KY facility. We also provide timely contractor logistics support for the Multi-Purpose Decontamination System (MPDS) and Lightweight Multi-Purpose Decontamination System (LMDS) products.
